Ghana’s Famous Quiz Mistress Dr. Elsie Effah kaufmann was honored by the All Nations University Space & Satellite Team together with NASA Engineers and students for promoting Science and Mathematics education in Ghana.
She was awarded for her impeccable contributions towards STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics) education in Ghana. This award was presented as part of the Annual National Space Conference organized by All Nations University College Space System Technology Laboratory.
Her award came moments after she chaired a panel of judges that accessed various power point presentation on Space related topics by the Senior High Schools present at the conference. As part of the conference the ANUC Space team organized a power point presentation competition amongst Senior High Schools in Ghana. The contestants were expected to present on a space related topic and use their research to suggest solutions to some of the environmental challenges in Ghana. PRESBYTERIAN BOY’S won the presentation competition.
