INAUGURAL FOUNDERS DAY LECTURE SERIES

All Nations University College held their 1st Founder’s Day Lecture Series on Thursday, February 18, 2016 at 10am at ANUC Main Campus Auditorium. This was organised by the Department of Biomedical Engineering on the theme: Celebrating Our Leaders. This was first of it kind the department had an amazing event in the university to remember and appreciate their leaders, scholars and achievers for impacting lives positively.

The department invited some great visionary leaders and achievers of our time to address the students on leadership and education. The audience were given the opportunity to ask questions, make contributions and comments after every presentation. It was very interactive and educative event ever had on campus. These great achievers were honoured tremendously for their significant contributions to leadership, education and creativity towards the nation building. The presentation of the awards was done Dr Samuel Donkor, Rev. Mrs Rose Donkor and Dr Carlene Kyeremeh. The beneficiaries of the wards were as follows:

 

 Dr Samuel Donkor         -The President and Founder of All Nations University College

 Rev.Mrs Rose Donkor    - The President and Founder of ANIDA

Professor Frimpong Boateng – Founder and Chairman National Cardiothoracic Center

Professor Stephen Addai -   Former Rector of GIMPA

Dr. Owusu Acheampong - Former MCE of New Juaben Municipality
